Yes, you read that right – I’m back! Its been almost a year since I’ve posted. Life just got super busy and hectic that I couldn’t keep up with writing. But after almost a year, I’m happy to get this site back up and running.
So what have I been up to since you’ve last heard from me? A LOT! But I’ll just go over the major stuff.
Watched Miss Saigon with the family
Started playing the sport I love again
Went to Boston to see my Tita (aunt) from the Philippines who was visiting there
Went to Europe for the first time ever! Visited Madrid and Barcelona, Spain
Celebrated Thanksgiving with family
Celebrated Paul and Ate Kookie’s Marriage
My lola (grandmother) passed away
Went axe throwing and was being extra AF
Spent Christmas in the Poconos snowboarding with family
Got in a 30 car crash on the Schuykill Expressway, took our snowboarding gear and walked down the highway to a Septa bus
Drove a truck for a few weeks due to the accident (my sisters car ended up being totaled)
Spent New Year’s with good friends
Went to my company’s corporate office in Norcross, Georgia
THE EAGLES WON THE FREAKING SUPERBOWL!
Mochi turned one!
Spent some weekends in New York
Went on a food trip in New York City… Literally ate EVERYTHING!
Saw Up Dharma Down, a Filipino band, live… Even though I only knew one song by them and everything was in Tagalog
Did something different to my hair, added ombré (I haven’t dyed my hair for about 11 years)
Visited Paulene and TJ at their apartment a few times
Started another volleyball league
FINALLY tried the sushi burger…. and honestly, I was super disappointed
Celebrated Easter with the family and my cousins family
